Because each item is custom and personalized, all sales are final. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

That said, I want you to love your order! If I’ve made a mistake on my end (such as incorrect personalization or a defect), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, and I’ll gladly make it right.
