Shipping policy

Each order is handmade with care. Processing times vary depending on the item, but most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note:

• I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or items marked as “delivered” by the postal service.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—I cannot replace packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

• If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
